Okay let's say you're insane enough to make it to 30 weeks without falling off. That means you haven't earned any awards yet, and wow...that doesn't seem fair. So, we're going to start by giving you an award for making it to 30 weeks because--lets face it--that's seriously impressive. Now you are a goddess-level writer, and you remain a goddess-level writer until you miss a week. As a goddess, the rules are a little different (because, after all, you are divine!).

Awards for Up to 30 Weeks of Writing

Step One: Pick your award. Yep, you read that right. You decide how many weeks to play.

Step Two: Post a story that fits the prompt. Remember, the story will only qualify if it meets the rules found in the profile:
-must be at least 500 words long
-must have the prompt involved in the fic somehow
-must be posted to the comm, etc

Step Three: The first week you fail to post a story, there will be a post for any awards that you may have earned.

Examples:

Mary wants the Melpomene Award. She posts a story each week for 15 weeks. On week 16, she doesn't post a story. By week 17, she'll have her Melpomene Award.

Kelly wants a Terpsichore Award. She posts every week, but on week 19, she doesn't post to the comm. Her run is over. By week 18, there will be posted a Polyhymnia Award, and she starts over again.

Jessie is insane and wants them all. Oi. She posts three stories and then skips week 4. By week five, there is posted a Calliope Award for her. She starts over again, and must post at least 6 stories before taking another week off and then there will be a post giving the Clio Award to her.

Yep, every time you miss a week, you start over at ONE!
