Summary: Every year, the Sentinel fans donate art and fic and other items for an on-line auction that benefits the Moonridge Zoo, a group in California that rehabilitates injured wild animals and cares for animals too damaged to go back into the wild (or wild animals that idiots raised as pets before discovering that wild animals are, in fact, wild.) This is going to be one of five stories offered in an e-zine called "Cascade versus the Unknown." So, while this is available for a very small group for editing and feedback, this story will not be generally available until July for people who donate to the zoo and until much later for others.
