New Prompt

Okay, [personal profile] piksa is doing the voting this week, but I'm dropping in with the prompt. And I just now realized that I didn't do a member update post last week, so I'm not sure if we had anyone drop off last week (eeek, bad listmum). I'll get that done. Right now, I just want to remind you that I plugged thousands of words into excel all in one weekend, so I do not claim any responsibility for the weirdness that comes up now....

et tu, Brute?

I incorporated this one pretty easily in Seven just now. So good.

*shakes head*

That is an insane prompt but oddly enough the muses are taking to it.

Now this is a prompt that Astra could use for HSG. Not that I minded her sneaking out into a small ficlet, but I really really REALLY want to write HSG. (The other one just wouldn't take the story where I wanted it to, though. I think this one might.)

I think this might be another week where I have too many possibilities for the prompt rather than too few. Oh well, the story I need to write will be the one I end up writing, right?

Wow. I mean, I'm sitting here stunned. Come home to find the prompt waiting for me, and it's just all shades of perfect. Kincaid's favorite play. The most delicious spot in the story for it. A hundred ways to work it in. Hell, I might use all hundred.

I am positively delirious. Orgasmic with anticipation. Only wish I had more time to work on it this week or that I hadn't already promised myself I'd cut back on word count for this one. *sigh* Oh, well. Nothing's truly perfect... right?

I don't quite get how this could be put into another context unless the characters were refering to Caesar. Am I the only one confounded by this week's prompt??
