Summary: Angel could smell the despair throughout the room, although it might have been his own reaction to the potent smell of his childe's blood in the air. Galen's skin was cold to Buffy, despite her best efforts to keep him warm. Nothing moved for a long time, until Buffy drew a breath and let it out slowly.
