Postcards, Part Seven

Voting for week #109

Everyone, please vote, it means a lot to the authors, trust me. It only takes a moment; why not brighten a writer's day?

7 is the average, 10 is if you want to read more of the author's writings/eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Please vote for grammar; it means quite a bit. Remember, you don't have to vote for everything: just the fics you've read. Some of the posts may be f-locked. This has been deemed all right with the mods; if you'd really like to read the fic, simply ask the author for permission. Most are willing to grant it.

And here we go…

[livejournal.com profile] autumnwrite

You've heard of Nanowrimo, 1667 words in 30 days to produce a 50,000 word novel, a piece of your day is set aside so your fingers can fly like the wind. Ever wanted something longer? More of a challenge? Just wanted to write more than one month?

Now's your chance with [livejournal.com profile] autumnwrite!

The goal is 150,000 words at the end of 4 months which works out to be 1230 words a day. Nanoers, have no fear. Your words for Nano also count here. If you're really ambitious, you could even try doing Nano's 1667 AND [livejournal.com profile] autumnwrite's 1230. That's all up to you. ;) It doesn't matter what you work on either. A novel, multiple short pieces, multiple series, etc. Whatever you want. As long as you're writing every day, that's all we're after.

We have in the works banners for highest monthly individual word count, team count, overall highest individual and team word count, everyone who completes 150,000 and for Nano participants with more in the works.

The number of teams will be set on August 31st, but any one who stumbles onto [livejournal.com profile] autumnwrite after the start date will be placed on a team if they want.

This was all inspired by [livejournal.com profile] summerwrite with sister comm [livejournal.com profile] springwrite launching this spring. Then it's time for [livejournal.com profile] summerwrite once again. \0/

If you're interested, hurry and sign up before August 31st, but people are welcome to join at any point!
