7 is the average, 10 is if you want to read more of the author's writings/eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Please vote for grammar; it means quite a bit. Remember, you don't have to vote for everything: just the fics you've read. Some of the posts may be f-locked. This has been deemed all right with the mods; if you'd really like to read the fic, simply ask the author for permission. Most are willing to grant it.
