Hey there tamers!
Welcome to a fresh week and a happy pre-Thanksgiving food baby to you all!
No newbies to welcome this week but we lost d_frittilary after 13 weeks and
wordwhacker after 20! Your awards are found below. We hope you'll hang around for more fun!
D_Frittilary earns the Euterpe award!

Wordwhacker earns the Polyhymnia award!

Also, if you are confused on the prompt intersex for this week (and no, its not the same as transsexual-which is someone that grows up with one set and realizes they wish to be the other gender-requires elective surgery and counseling), please feel free to visit this intersex faq: http://www.isna.org/faq/what_is_intersex
Earlier this week, Tyra Banks also did an intersex episode on her show if that's a resource that interests you. To be honest, as a member of the queer community, it is important that you understand this is about gender identity and not necessarily gender itself. Its a member of the rainbow, for all intensive purposes, and deals with people born with both genders and either having forced surgery as a child or being surprised at puberty with certain features even if they've been groomed/identified as boys or girls.
Just so you know, intersex occurs in about 1 out of every 2,000 people, just like those with red hair.
I think I just made it more confusing. Anyways, have a good week and good luck with the prompt. I'll see you all soon!
