Summary: Agathe has taken up sculpture, so of course Anna is posing.

Anna was lying on the sofa in Agathe's den. The early morning light was bathing her naked body in a soft golden light but the warmth was coming from the radiator. She closed her eyes and let her head rest on the pillow.

"Don't drop your head," gently murmured Agathe.

"You know, it would be easier if we didn't have to do that at this time of the morning," she answered.

"But then the light wouldn't be so glorious on your body."

"So it's all just to see me naked then," responded Anna playfully while lifting her head back up, yawning widely before opening her eyes. "You do know that you don't need to do all this to have me naked."

"I know. But where would be the fun then?"

Anna only smile as a reply, letting a comfortable silence set in the room. She closed her eyes once more and listened to the sounds of Agathe's hands working on the wet clay. It was the main sound in the room, still too early for birds and life outside to awake and too late for the night life to still be buzzing around. She liked that special quiet of the early morning hours. She could pretend she was anywhere then, any time. She didn't have to remember anything in a specific order, she could mix times and places with Agathe as her only constant. She let the flow of memories filled her mind, making the time pass unnoticed.

Anna squeezed her eyes shut tighter before slowly opening them, the bright light of the sun making her blind for a few seconds. She could see it glowing bright and high in the sun. She jerked upright, making a blanket slip off her body to the ground. She looked around, searching for the clock. She found it quickly. It was nine in the morning now. She picked the blanket before standing up. She wrapped it around her and walked to the sculpture.

She really wasn't sure why Agathe needed her for it. The forms were soft and round, imitating the shape of a body but it didn't look like her, it didn't even really look like a body. It was closer to shapes put together in space. She smiled at it before walking out of the shed to the house, back to Agathe. She found her in the washroom, putting a load of clothes into the washing machine.

"I think I dropped my head."

Agathe turned her head to Anna at the sound of her voice and smiled.

"Yes I think you did. But it's alright, I managed."

"I'm sure you could manage that sculpture without me."

"Maybe," replied Agathe before shutting down the door of the machine and starting it. "But I like you under the light."

"And I like to see you work, or well... hear you," she finished considering how little she actually saw Agathe at work that morning.

"Good," said Agathe, taking a step closer to Anna. "Because I am nowhere near finishing that sculpture."

"Very good indeed," commented Anna taking a step closer to Agathe. "Actually I don't even think you need to ever finish it," concluded Anna before kissing Agathe.

"I think that can be arranged," replied Agathe softly as their lips parted for a few seconds.
