When it comes to prompt, we Mods are pretty flexible. The interpretation of the prompt and the subsequent use of it are up to each individual author. That means you can use the prompts as you want.
To use this week's prompt as example: Achilles' Elbow. You can have some mix up elbow and heel, as Pia suggested. Maybe the weakness was really in his elbow, not his heel. Perhaps it's the name of a town somewhere. Also, you don't have the use the actually word, phrase, etc in your fic. It's all up to you.
Remember, this comm is about creativity and bring your muses back. Give them free reign and enjoy the outcome.
