She's seething when she bursts through the doors of the local high school in search of a fight. She stakes the first Vampire with barely a glance, flips the second over her head, and dusts him before he can grab her from behind. She stalks further into the night, pausing again to kill another Vampire and barely looking at him or the kid she just saved. The child tries to whisper her thanks, but Faith finally turns back around and shouts, "BOO!", sending the kid scrambling.
She grins. B would've hated that, but then, she's really starting to hate the other Slayer. Buffy hasn't liked her since the first night she strolled into town, and unlike the others, she's not been welcoming at all. There's a lot Faith could show the girl and even she could teach her about slaying, fucking, and life in general, but Buffy doesn't want to share, so why should she?
She's heard the little blonde blubbering about how Faith's here to take everything from her. She knows she pissed her off the other evening when she accepted her mother's invitation to eat with them, but damn, she hadn't had a home cooked meal in well over two years. She was hungry and tired of having to live on fast food and other food she could buy that was either already cooked or just needed some nuking.
She shakes her head, growls, and stabs yet another Vampire without looking at the beast. She's not the one who should be explaining herself. Buffy should be thankful to have her in her life, thankful that Faith's saved her ass twice already and that she actually understands what it truly means to be a Slayer. It's not like there's any one else who can truly get either of them.
But she's not. She hates her. She wants to run her away from her friends and family, and she wants to take what little Faith has. That was made perfectly clear just a half hour ago, when she walked into the library to meet up with B and found her smooching her Watcher. She rolls her eyes and stops as she hears the sounds of another hungry Vampire trying to grab a struggling meal.
B never even looked at Giles as being a potential boy toy. She was even disgusted when Faith admitted, calling dibs on him on the very first day she met him, how sexy the older Brit is. Age and a few wrinkles have never bothered her, but it did Buffy, despite the girl having already tangoed with a Vamp who was over two hundred years old.
Faith runs up a wall and uses it a springboard. She lands on the snarling Vampire's back, catches his throat in her powerful thighs, and slams him down to the ground. His wouldbe victim screams and flees without pause. Faith's stake goes home, and she sighs, even more aggravated by the lack of struggle tonight, as the dust rains down on her leather pants.
"Doesn't anybody need a good fight tonight?" she mutters, jumping back up to her booted feet and slapping the dust off of her pants. Maybe she should go to the Bronze. The Vamps always tended to pick kids out of the crowd, and besides, she knew she could get what she really needed there. She needed a good, strong dick punching into her and erasing the memory of Giles' and Buffy's kiss.
"There's one coming." The voice is shy and hesitant. She looks toward the shadows from whence it came and smirks again. Buffy's Vampire boyfriend is unlike any other Vamp she's ever met. She has half a mind to shout at him and see if he runs off, too.
"I . . . I'm sorry. I didn't mean to disturb you. Have you seen Buffy?"
"Yeah." Faith's smirk twists larger. This should be good. She opens her mouth to tell him that his girl was French kissing her Watcher but is interrupted by B arriving, as usual, just in time to spoil her fun.
"I'm here, Angel."
"Oh." He looks at her like she's the most glorious thing to walk the Earth, and Faith's ire is irked even more.
Her dark eyes dart from Angel to Buffy, back to Angel, and then back, once more, to Buffy. She can hear Giles' slightly labored breathing and knows he'll be there soon. Her decision made, she smirks at the girl. "Finally got done screwing your Watcher, huh?" She loves the way Buffy's jaw literally falls open and the way Angel looks both shocked and hurt.
"I -- I -- I -- "
"It was one kiss, Faith. Nothing more or less."
She knows Giles always cleans his glasses when he's bothered, and right now, his intense rubbing could easily break the glass. "One kiss?" she asks, her eyes now darting between the Watcher and other Slayer.
"Y-Yeah. It was an accident! It mean nothing!" Buffy's completely focused on Angel now as she pleads, "Angel, you've got to believe me."
"Dead Boy over there ain't gotta believe nothing, but if it was one kiss . . . " Faith's eyes zero in on Giles' shy and sweating face. Unaware of her intention, he slips his spectacles back onto his nose with a slightly shaky finger. Faith stalks toward him. She's always move like a graceful predator, but now, her pace is a little slower than when she heads after a Vampire and considerably sexier. She knows it makes men of all ages drool, but he's not looking at her. Instead, he's imploringly watching Buffy and Angel, whose conversation has dropped into whispers Faith isn't trying to hear.
"Then you won't mind this." She's no sooner finished her sentence than she grabs the lapels of Giles' tweed jacket and jerks his mouth down onto hers. Her tongue thrusts up pass his lips and teeth and dives into his mouth without invitation or giving him a chance to accept or deny her. She yanks him again, pulling his body tightly against hers and doing her best to let him feel every inch of what she has to offer through her tight, leather pants and his many layers of tweed and cotton.
His head starts to lift, but she yanks him a third time. This time, the connection is made firmly, and she can feel him beginning to answer her despite his insistence on gentlemanly behavior. She knows Giles would be a wild ride if he ever let himself cut loose, and that thought comes again to her as his tongue hesitantly touches hers. She wraps herself around him, sliding her heated flesh against his, rubbing her core against his rising bulge, and letting him know, in no uncertain terms, that she's more than ready and willing to be his for a night, no accident required.
Angel and Buffy have stopped talking. Faith can practically feel the blonde's eyes boring holes into the back of her head, but then, as always happens when a girl tries to have a little fun in this Hellmouth town, Vampires attack. Giles tries to break free from her to join the battle as Angel and Buffy fight, but Faith keeps kissing him right up until she feels a Vampire two inches behind her.
She releases him. He starts to fall but catches himself with his hands braced against his quivering knees. She whirls, stakes the Vampire who thought he had, turns back, and stakes the one coming after Giles. She smiles at the Watcher, then offers him her hand. She can feel him still trembling slightly from the onslaught of her kiss as she pulls him to his feet. "That," she tells him, her fingers momentarily entwining with his, "is how a real woman kisses."
She'd like to kiss him again, but the Vampires are now surrounding them, which means that she has to both save B's ass again and make sure the Vampires don't kill this Watcher before she's finished having her fun with him. She winks at Giles before she runs into the fight. She's shown him how a real woman kisses, and now she'll show him how a real Slayer fights. Before the night is over, and especially before she's done with him, old Rupert will never want Buffy again. She grins widely. She might even get him into leather yet.
But when the battle is over, it's to Buffy's side he goes first, checking to make sure she's okay while Faith corrects her own dislocated wrist and slaps dirt, dust, and other grime off of herself. She burns inside as she watches them together, Angel still hanging on, as well, like Buffy's some helpless girl who needs his protecting. She glowers.
She's not out yet. Her fun might be over for the night, but by the time she's done in this town, none of them will ever forget her again. She glares especially at Buffy and promises herself that she'll be the one to kick this Slayer's ass permanently. There's supposed to be only one Chosen One, and Faith decides, then and there, that one night soon, she'll make sure it's only one again. That one, of course, will be her.
