Really good voices from all of them - not quoting the scripts, but taking the tone (pitch *g*) and using your own words - when done well, as it is here, that is always a pleasure to read. Xander in particular was very good, with his teenage hormones and lurking insecurities. And I could believe in that monster. This was funny and felt real.
