Title: Chapter 8: The Grove
Author: Artemis Rain
Fandom: Original
Prompt: Bangkok
Warnings: None
Rating: G
Word Count: Around 1200
Summary: On her way home from school, Audra stops for a moment to talk with her two best friends, who have been hiding in her hair and clothes all day just waiting for the right time to come out and play.
A/N: Chapter 8 of my NaNoWriMo novel entitled, “Perception/Distraction/Self/Other (or, Aliens Made Me Gay)”. Previous chapters are unavailable. I just want it to be known that my book is not about silly girls and fairies and unicorns. This is simply one little aspect of a much larger book. The other main storyline, for example, is about a boy who is repeatedly abducted by aliens, but doesn’t want anyone to know about it because they would think he was crazy.
That said, this snippet is available only on my journal and only to friends. If you would like to read it, just friend me. I’ll give you access; no problem. Also, this was written in a huge rush and is almost completely unedited. Please forgive my awful prose.
