Title: The Greatest Trick of All
Author: meredevachon
Fandom: The Prestige
Pairing: Rupert Angier/Alfred Borden
Prompt #15: Glissade
Rating: PG
Word Count: 1427
Spoilers/Warnings: Spoilers for the movie, obviously.
Disclaimer: The Prestige, its characters and situations do not belong to me. This is all in fun and for love of the characters.
A/N: So… I went to see The Prestige yesterday, and afterwards, got to wondering how long it would be before I started seeing Angier/Borden or Borden/Fallon slash. That’s when the bunny hit, and next thing I knew, I was writing Angier/Borden. I tried to write this in a style that felt like the movie (although hopefully a little bit more linear), and hope it works.
Summary: Every great magic trick consists of three acts. Love is perhaps the greatest magic trick of all.
Read The Greatest Trick of All in my journal.
