Then head up to the 'Manage' tab, and then to 'Friends'. There's a link once you get to that page called 'Edit Custom Friends Groups'. Just click the 'New' button on the bottom, give the group a name, then only add me into the group. Click 'Save Changes', then head to update your journal with the post. Change the Security at the bottom to 'Custom...', then select your group. I should be the only person to see it, then.
