This really captures that awkwardness that existed at W&H. Gunn (and the others) want to still be that family, but it's just not as easy as it once was. I loved how Gunn had to think through how to stay in the fold--not challenge anyone for top dog, wait his turn. Yep, this is the thin edge of everything falling apart, and you've caught it perfectly. Love it.
