I'm sure its somewhere in the rules, but I'm obviously missing it. Are the prompts one week long?

It sort of is in the rules but missing it is common. Yep, prompts are one week in length. Prompts are posted Saturday night (if it's me) or early Sunday morning. Posts for the prompt must be in by midnight the next Saturday. But, there are ways to fudge that, look here (http://community.livejournal.com/tamingthemuse/628429.html). If it is timestamped midnight Saturday *somewhere* we take it.

Monthly prompts are, obviously, one month long, due in before midnight on the last night of the month.

Any other questions, feel free to ask, we mods are at your service. Well, as much as we can be *g*
