Summary:
And now we finally get to the kink. Jim is dominant in so many ways, but when a new commissioner is pushing more buttons than Jim can handle, he admits that he envies Blair who can turn himself over to Jim and just totally submit. Submission just isn't in Jim's bones. However, as work gets worse and Jim's mood deteriorates, Blair steps up to find a way for Jim to remain strong while letting him set his worries aside along with his need to control and dominate every situation.
