"...What? That's hardly a reason for taking them away!"
"Do you want a trip to the bushes or not?"
"I suppose so..." Will glared at the dark, towering shadow. "Am I still in the swamp?"
"Yes." A hand that felt strangely hard touched his lower back above his buttocks, guiding him carefully out of the room where he'd awakened. He was helped down a short ladder and felt the spongy give of the swamp floor under his feet.
Oddly, as the warm wind touched his nudity, Will felt a bizarre feeling of liberation, as if up to now, he'd always been cloistered.
