I was playing with some story notes today, so I almost forgot to do the member post. So then I did all the tracking, and I found that we're all status quo this week! No new members, no one lost. So, good luck with those bouncing balls!

I'm not sure where to put this, I couldn't find the link to the FAQ post if there is one...

What do you do if the prompt inspires two stories? Should you post both of them here or just post one of them?

Hi there! I'm thinking seriously about beginning my quest in this community. Wanted to ask a couple of questions first to make sure I do things right.

1) Can I use both this group's current prompt as well as another one for some stories? Sometimes I find that my stories come to fit two challenges, and I can nail two birds with one stone.

2) Is there somewhere where I have to make the claim of which award it is that I am striving for? I looked through the rules, and didn't see a specific entry to post my claim at. I'm not sure if we declare a particular one, or just go for what we can get!

1. You're welcome to use the prompts as you like, including double dipping with other prompts.

2. You don't have to make a claim. Most people just go for as long as they can before missing a week and getting that award.

And never worry about asking questions. I"m just so sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Welcome to the community.
