Okay, this is one of the phrases the definition of which I've absorbed from context and, as it's a rather new phrase, it's not in my dictionary, yet. That being the case, I want to be sure I have the definition correct:

Does it mean pretty much the same as the "Awesome!" of my day, as in, "really fun," "really special," "really REALLY interesting," and the like...or, you know, often the followup of my icon (after "This/That is SO")? LOL (In the scene of my icon, it is, "Ohhhh, this is outSTANDing!" [A girl spins the bottle, and it stops pointing at the guy the one in the icon has had his eye on. He thinks it's funny...until the kiss keeps going and gets hotter....LOL])

I think all of those instances would apply. And here's the definition as per urbandictionary: "A gamer term in the same vein as "a winner is you", "full of win" is a positive descriptor of a person or thing. Things or people that are "full of win" are likely to be victorious in contests or comparisons of popularity, humor, quality, game score, etc."
