Most of you have already heard the news that the fabulous founder of this wonderful community, lit_gal is stepping aside, at least for a while, from the moderator duties. She is still going to stay in the community as a member and hopefully we will get to read many great stories from her in the future. She will also be welcomed back with open arms if she ever decides to return to moderator.

Since moderating a community isn't an easy task we (piksa and authoressnebula) have asked c_woodhaven to help us with the community. We have done some rearranging with the tasks but everything else is practically staying the same.

One change we are doing now is that the prompts will be posted earlier from now on. They will go up Sunday morning European time which is late Saturday evening in US. Posting time still ends Saturday evening, that is not changing but this just gives the Europeans a chance to start their writing already during Sunday when earlier the prompt went up so late that Sunday was almost over in that part of the world.

We are going to try to keep up the good work. If you have any ideas, complaints or anything else you want to share please feel free to contact anyone of us mods. Let's keep dragging those muses home!

I feel that I'm spamming today a bit...

Once more I am making a request to all posters here. Could you please always remember to write something on the Subject line when you post. It makes it easier to add the entry to the memories when I, or whoever is doing the poll, don't have to come up with the subject.

Also please indicate in some way which fandom your story is from or if it's original fiction. There are quite a few fandoms present in the comm now and it's not possible for me or the other mods to know them all. It also makes it easier to sort the memories correctly if the fandom is on the header or something.

Summary: It’s been seven years since Angelus killed Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Seven years after Angelus opened a portal to hell on Earth. Humans are food, slaves or on the run. There’s hope only in small band of resistance fighters. However, that’s a hope Xander Harris no longer has. It’s been six months since he was taken in a raid. At first Xander thought he was lucky the demons didn’t know who he was; but then that was before he became property to an Azora demon.
