I feel that I'm spamming today a bit...

Once more I am making a request to all posters here. Could you please always remember to write something on the Subject line when you post. It makes it easier to add the entry to the memories when I, or whoever is doing the poll, don't have to come up with the subject.

Also please indicate in some way which fandom your story is from or if it's original fiction. There are quite a few fandoms present in the comm now and it's not possible for me or the other mods to know them all. It also makes it easier to sort the memories correctly if the fandom is on the header or something.

Ok, so I'm clear, you want it tagged and in the subject line? Like post number or something? You ask and it will be done.

Oh yeah, and just to make it easier for me you can list all mine as NASCAR fandom. I'll start adding it for you.

The subject line can be anything you want but the main thing is that there is something there so that they are easier to add in the memories and whoever does the memories doesn't have to come up with something.

And tagging the fics is preferred so that when we are doing the votings we don't accidentally miss anyone and it's also easier to find all the entries to a certain challenges if they are all nicely tagged

What about a standard header? You could decide precisely what information you'd like us to ALL put on there, whether it's applicable or not, and we do. We could c&p from a mod post for the first week and then from our own posts week to week. If there's something that isn't applicable (like disclaimers for original fic), then we just do the ol' N/A. Would that make things easier for you guys?

There is actually an example header given on the info page but we haven't really enforced that. Most headers do have all the info we need but of course a standard header could make things easier. I will have to think about this. Thank you!
