Title: The Price of Freedom
Author: [livejournal.com profile] wizefics
Fandom: Original Fiction - set inside the Absent Heroes Universe
Prompt: 69 - Confrontational at [livejournal.com profile] tamingthemuse
Warnings: Some mild language
Rating: Teen
Summary: It's a world where superheroes are no longer needed. A world where peace finally reigns supreme. For now. But change is on the wind. And that which is worth having is worth fighting for.
Disclaimer: This is a small section set inside a bigger work. I hope it stands on its own well enough to suffice as a story for this prompt. The concept of Absent Heroes is copyrighted and belongs to a select few.
A/N: I'm one of those crazy people trying to make NaNo and TTM prompts fit into the same piece of literature. Apologies if this doesn't stand on its own well enough to be independent.

Warnings/Notes: I couldn't fit this week's prompt to my Quiet series without getting ahead of myself, so I offer instead an excerpt from my nanowrimo project. I've edited it for clarity. I hope that it isn't too confusing separated from the rest. It is friends only, but I will add you if you ask. Thanks!

You can find it at my livejournal, here.

Title: Chapter 19: The Hunt Continues
Author: Artemis Rain
Fandom: Original
Prompt: Confrontational
Warnings: None
Rating: PG
Word Count: Around 1000

Summary:
A/N: This is an excerpt from chapter 19 of my NaNoWriMo novel entitled, “Perception/Distraction/Self/Other (or, Aliens Made Me Gay)”. Previous chapters are unavailable, except for the other excerpts on my journal. At this point in Audra’s story, she has embarked on a dream-quest to find and kill a dragon in order to harvest its blood. She has traveled to another world accompanied by her unicorn, Frederique, and rescued a handful of abducted princesses from a tower. Now, she is continuing her journey alone until Frederique rejoins her.

This snippet is available only on my journal and only to friends. If you would like to read it, just friend me. I’ll give you access; no problem. Also, this was written in a huge rush and is almost completely unedited. Please forgive my clunky, awkward prose.

Title: What He Saw, What He Knew
Author: [livejournal.com profile] meredevachon
Fandom: Supernatural
Prompt #69: Confrontational
Rating: PG
Word Count: 1688
Disclaimer: Supernatural, its characters and situations do not belong to me. This is all in fun and for love of the characters.
A/N: This is a sequel of sorts to He Never Said Why, and will make more sense if you read that first (it's really short, don't worry).
Summary: Bobby knows things he shouldn't be able to know, but it's the bits he doesn't know that cause him the most worry.

Read What He Saw, What He Knew in my journal.

Title: All For One, One For Both (or Being A Spirit Sucks)
Rating: PG-13
Chapter: 1 of 3
Fandom: SPN (Gen)
Prompt: #69 - Confrontational for [livejournal.com profile] tamingthemuse
Spoilers: Season 2's opening episode "In My Time of Dying".
Summary: I'm twisting the events a little, because Sam only missed John by a fraction of a moment. So...what if he hadn't? What if he'd followed John down?
Warnings: H/C. Sam-whumpage, bigbrother!Dean. My favorite combo.
Disclaimer: I own nothing. Not even my muse. She owns me. I think we've been over this before. Also, some of the dialogue from the episode is in here; also not mine. That belongs to the writers, whom I firmly stand behind in the strike. Go WGA!

The prompt generator has spoken, and for week 70, your prompt shall be...

Arcane

I thought we'd had this one before, but we'd had arcade, so unfortunately, we're stuck with it. ~_^

Not entirely sure what it means? Check here; I was fairly certain I knew myself, but had to confirm.

Hmmmmm...

Good luck!

Warnings: Wincest; spoilers through end of season 2

Title: All In The Approach
Fandom: None-OC
Rating: PG for language
Warnings: none
Summary: Sometimes, it's all in the approach that you use.

A/N: Once again I've used something from my life--this time, however, it's from an imaginary confrontation with my mother-in-law, one that has been brewing for a long time. It may happen, it may not, but be sure that I'll post about it if it does. *lol*
