Notes: I think everyone who writes Spike/Xander needs to write at least one School Hard fic, in which Spike accepts the 'gift' (Xander) that Angel offers him in the hallway of Sunnydale High School. This is mine.  Or at least the beginning of it.  There may be more stories in a loose series, but if so, they should all be able to stand on their own.
