And I swear I'm not trying to be a pain, I'm just curious or insane...probably both honestly. Ok, anyway, here's my question:

Is it possible to get the original Goddess awards without losing your Goddess stature?

I know I am a pain. See, the insanity I thought of, and I have no idea if I could actually do it is, what if I wrote 2 fics a week? One as the Goddess and on as...not? I'd be more than willing to keep track for the mod and let them know. I'd considered just making a pseudonym and rejoining the comm but...I wanted the banners under Catw00man.

Honestly, feel free to just tell me I'm insane and to just hush. I just...it was something I was pondering. I don't want to completely take a week off, but I'd love to collect the banners. Anyway, I throw this to the mods. I'm not looking for a vote or anything. You guys just let me know what you think and I'll be cool with it.

Umm, I *think* you are thinking that to claim and display your Goddess Award, you have to take a break. The Goddess Award rules are here: http://community.livejournal.com/tamingthemuse/166204.html

I have a problemn with clarity sometimes.

What I was trying to say was there are POST Goddess awards, ie the 35 weeks, 40 week, 45 weeks and the PRE Goddess awards 3, 5 etc. Well, I'd like to keep going for the additional Goddess awards but I wanted to see if I could collect the early awards as well.

Honestly what I was thinking of trying was writing like ONE series for the early awards and attempt to add to it every week to collect the early awards.

Um, I don't see a problem here except with the fact that you would need to clearly state which story is for which "run". I don't see this in any different way than it would be treated if you created another name to post under. However, I do think you are insane for wanting to write two stories in a week. I'm glad I'm able to get one written *g*

Okay, this is just my opinion and I need to talk with my co-mods but I don't have a problem with this

Would it be possible for you to create another user name after all? It would make the tracking so much more easier. We can still do the awards with your original user name, that is no problem, but otherwise another user name would be easier for us

Sure I can do that. You just needing the different name for the LJ poster? We'll see if this even works out. You never know what the muses will do. They've just been extra chatty recently. ;)

Yeah, just post under some different name but let us know which name you are using so that we can do the awards with your real username then. Of course you can do something as simple as just adding a number behind your current user name or something like that. Thank you!
