Summary: The Doctor gets the timing wrong for Jack’s return. It is twenty years since he left The Hub and some things have changed but others haven’t.
A/N: this is my first serious foray into this fandom. I love the show and I love the characters and don’t know if I have done them justice yet. This may or may not be continued into a series, I am not sure if I am happy with the storyline yet.
Anyway, it also incorporates the prompt Barophobia in a slightly indirect way but I hope it is understandable.
