Summary: Owen tests Rose's mettle with an unpleasant task.
A/N: This is probably going to be worked into a later chapter of my current WIP, Same Difference. All you need to know from that is that the Torchwood we know also exists in Cardiff in the alternate universe, with the same staff members. When Rose found out that there was a Captain Jack Harkness working there, she went to investigate under the guise of an inspection from Torchwood in London. Owen's having a difficult time of it and he's taking it out on Rose. Thanks go to my husband who sparked this particular scene!
