What language is that, out of curiosity? Latin? I think I'd like to incorporate it into my next bit, but I need to know for certain. ^_^

I'm totally cool with pimping, and yes... it's a latin term often used in court to mean that a person knew they were doing wrong. If a person has no mens rea, they can't be technically guilty of murder (a severely mentally disabled man pulling the trigger on the gun has no mens rea because he doesn't understand death/killing)
