Title: Safe as Houses, Chapter Eleven
Fandom: none, original
Prompt: delirious for
tamingthemuse
Word Count: 1040
Summary: All the roads not taken.
A/N: This is a WIP memoir of my nineteen-year history with my husband, beginning when I was 18 in college, who was (and is) psychologically, mentally, and sometimes physically abusive. We separated in September of last year, and he is currently terrorizing me and my children. We are at the mercy of a legal system in SC that seems unable or unwilling to help, that seems intent on creating victims and supporting perpetrators. This is not a happy story.
