Week 17 Prompt

piksa, have I thanked you lately? It's so nice to have everything tagged, even when I forget to tag my own dang entry, so thank you for that help.

The folks with the banner problems. The issue is one with Internet Explorer. It will not read the CSS code... either the automatically generated code or any coding I do by hand (and let me tell you, I *hate* CSS coding by hand because I don't know how to do it so I sit here with a CSS manual in one window and the journal management window in the other). Did the last banner have the same problem or is this a new thing it's just started doing? We may have to switch to another layout.

And finally, the new prompt. Man, no WAY can I fit this in my current WIP, so I'm going to have a chunk of writing to do this week.

Nope. It really isn't. The first thoughts that come to mind are Buffy or Xander or Angel with their father problems (not that Father's Day existed in Angel's time) or maybe the Tam's father from Firefly. I'm not getting happy vibes, though.

No problem, happy to help. Although I had missed one story this week but corrected it now. *g*

I already have a pretty good idea for this. Good for me since I sort of have only two days to write this before nano starts and can't fit this prompt with the story I'm planning to write for that.

This just sucks. With NANO beginning and the whole I-actually-have-to-work thing, I had planned on spending November posting from my NANO WIP. This prompt just screams Declan though. {sigh} Oh well.

(And apparently I've both lost my mind AND can't spell. I've had to post this three times over the word November. Spelled it right this time, dammit.)

I'm probably jinxing myself by posting this, but I actually do have an idea on how to fit this into my NaNo story. Of course, history shows that when I have an idea for one of these prompts on Sunday, I usually struggle to get anything written before Saturday evening.

You know? I honestly can't remember, which suggests that it didn't do that before, but I really wouldn't swear to it. Sorry - memory like a sieve, brain made of wet cotton wool.
