Spoilers for the third movie! I know I posted that already but sometimes, people skip that part so I figured, better to be safe!
I know that we saw Gabriella's house go up for sale but we never saw that it had actually been sold. So, for the purpose of this fic, Gabriella's mom decided to keep the house in Albuquerque. (And it may sound like that wouldn't be affordable but then again, the same could be said for a single mom being able to afford that house in the first place, lol.)
