I'm twisting the canon a bit here but I guess that's expectable since the first part was twisting it quite a lot too.

First part here

William was leaning to the wall, panting and doing his best to catch his breath. He checked around the corner to see if anyone was following him. The street seemed empty from everyone else except for the occasional late walker. He had no idea how far he had ran but somehow the adrenaline had pushed him further than he had believed he was able to run. There was a small amount of guilt niggling his mind for leaving his companions like that but he had learned already years ago that on the street everyone took care of themselves. Sometimes you could ally yourself with some other people if you thought you might gain something from it but if trouble arose everyone answered for themselves.

William had had a bad feeling about that evening but he had gone with the others. After meeting with that strange man all those months ago he had felt that he longed some other people around him. It was true that it was sometimes easier to steal things in a group since that way part of the group could distract the intended victims while others took care of emptying their pockets. Of course they couldn't stay in a certain area for long since a big group of kids attracted attention and that wasn't a good thing. You also had to share everything you managed to steal with the whole group.

William was pretty sure that they had made a bad mistake in staying in the same area for too long. He had heard people talking already about a group of boys picking pockets and had thought about leaving the group but had hesitated since it also offered him safety. They had been pretty lucky this far and hadn't faced much trouble. Sometimes their intention was discovered by the intended victims and they needed to run, but it was pretty easy to avoid one or two people. Tonight had been different.

Everything had seemed to be going alright. They had found a suitable young couple. A few of the younger boys had gone to them and begged for some small coins. William had been in the group of more experienced boys whose job had been to empty their pockets while the couple was distracted. Just when they had been ready to strike about a dozen men had suddenly appeared around them. It hadn't been too hard to guess that they had been ambushed. Only William's quick legs had saved him from getting caught. One of the men already had a grip on the collar of his shirt but William managed to struggle enough to free himself. Then he had ran as fast as his legs could carry him.

Now he was trying to catch his breath so that he could continue on his way. He was sure that most of the other boys had gotten caught and felt a bit guilty for leaving them behind but there hadn't been much he could have done. If he had stayed he would have probably gotten caught too. There had just been too many of the men surrounding them. Maybe in a few nights he would try to scout the city and see if anyone else from their group had escaped but for now he needed to lay low. He was sure that his face might be recognized by a few of the men.

Finally William felt that his breathing had calmed down enough for him to walk the streets without attracting too much attention. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and started to walk the street with his head bowed. He still didn't know where he was going to get food that night since their plan hadn't worked but that was the smallest of his worries at the moment. One evening without food was a small price to pay for him still being free. Suddenly there was someone standing in front of him. William didn't lift his gaze but tried to go around the person. He yelped when he was suddenly grabbed and shoved into a dark alley. He was sure that the men had caught up with him after all. He tried to struggle but it was no use.

"Well well, what do we have here. Looks like it's my little pickpocket who still hasn't made good of his promise."

William recognized that voice and it made his blood run cold. Of course he had remembered his promise that he was prepared to do anything if the man just let him go. It seemed the time of collecting had arrived. William couldn't help wondering if the man had been part of the group of men who had ambushed them earlier.

"Haven't seen you around for some time. I was planning on collecting the payment. Got lucky when I happened to be there when your little group got into trouble. You really have a pair of legs on you. Almost had trouble keeping up with you."

William stood there with his feet barely on the ground. The man was still holding him by the scruff of his neck. He was waited to hear what he was expected to do. He was afraid that it was going to be something bad. He had heard some things the other boys had been forced to do to save their skins. The stories really hadn't been too pleasant but still he was pretty sure he was ready to do almost anything. The man really scared him.

"It was interesting to watch what happened to your little group of friends. I wouldn't have thought you would abandon your friends like that. Don't you feel guilty?"

"A bit, sir. Didn't want to get caught myself."

"I see, but now it seems you got caught after all. So what should I make you do. There are so many possibilities. It's hard to make my decision. How old are you, boy."

"Just turned eighteen, sir."

"That's a very nice age. So are you still prepared to do anything so that I wouldn't report you?"

"Yes, sir." William bowed his head. "I know I don't have a lot to offer but I will do my best."

"So if I asked you to bend over for me you would do that?"

This was exactly what William had been afraid of. He took a few deep breaths and while staring at the ground gave his answer:

"Y-yes, sir."

"Have you ever done that before?"

"No, sir."

"I think I know what I want now."

William felt the man pressing closer to him and panic really started to get hold of him. He wondered what was going to happen to him. He expected to be told to lower his pants any second. He was sure it was going to hurt a lot. The stories he had been told had been descriptive enough. Suddenly William realized that he was standing with his back against the alley wall and the man was standing right in front of him so that their bodies were touching. Next William could feel the man nuzzling his neck. He found that very weird but he didn't dare to protest in any way. He just waited the man to tell him what he was supposed to do.

"Don't worry about a thing now, boy. Soon you won't feel any guilt ever again."

To William the man's voice sounded a bit weird but he just blamed the fact that the man's mouth was still pressed against his throat. He wondered what the man's words meant but didn't have any time to come up with an explanation before a blinding pain took hold of him. He wasn't sure what the man had just done but his throat was hurting a lot. He tried to push the man away but it was like he was trying to move a brick wall. The man didn't move even an inch. William tried screaming but couldn't get any sound out of his mouth. He started to feel very faint and was pretty sure that he would loose consciousness any moment. It seemed the man had decided to kill him after all.

Suddenly the man moved a little and William was pretty sure he again saw a flash of yellow in the man's eyes but couldn't be sure since the man's head was bowed. Then something wet was pressed against his mouth. By instinct he opened his mouth and swallowed. He had time to register the faint coppery taste in his mouth before he lost the fight with his consciousness and let the darkness come.

Angelus kept feeding his blood as long as the boy drank. He listened the boy's heart beat become fainter and then die away completely. He had had his eyes on the boy since the time they met for the first time. He had just waited for the right moment. He had been a bit annoyed when it seemed the boy had hid among the group of other young pickpockets and never went anywhere by himself. Of course Angelus could have killed the other boys too but that might have attracted too much attention.

Tonight he couldn't pass his chance when the boy practically fell on his lap. He gathered the limp body into his arms and headed towards his house. He didn't want to waste time in burying the boy. He knew it was tradition but in his opinion the boy could wake into his new life in a comfortable bed too. He was sure Darla wouldn't be pleased about him turning the boy but he would worry about that when he had to. The most important thing was that he now had his boy. Already for some time he had longed for another man to share the house with. The ladies were fun but he wanted to share the fun with another man. His boy would be perfect.

Well, it's no surprise he ended up turning his pretty pick pocket. I could see that happening!

An interesting continuation of this alternative reality version of Spike's past. I'm imagining there might be a bit of kink later? Seems natural with Angelus, haha!
