Overall: The AU story of vampire Xander after running from Anya and the altar. What chance does one event have in affecting the lives of everyone?
Chapter 21: A rare non-Xander chapter while he prepares further to dismantle the Trio. Willow, Tara, and Dane (the OC that Giles rescued from England during the fall of the Council) go to Giles' house finally to view the murder scene. When Willow is called away, does Tara stand a chance?
Author's Note: I'm still not sure if I correctly entered into Tara's character. I have lots of difficulty pegging her (she's harder for me to write than Spike and Dawn combined) and so any tips on getting a bead on Tara are incredibly helpful. She has one more big part to play and I don't want to screw it up.
