Summary: Scott bites his lip against a choking sound and shudders out a breath. “A lot’s happened since you left.”
Just scenting Scott’s emotions, Derek feels like that’s maybe the biggest understatement of the year. “I’m getting that. Why don’t you start at the beginning?”
Disclaimer: It’s all lies and I own nothing.
A/N: I came up with the main idea for this back during 3A with the alpha pack, but I couldn’t flesh out certain details. This season’s story arc fit a lot better with the story I wanted to tell. For now, this is all there is because I just wanted to get some of it written before the 5A finale. There’s no way the show’s going to go in the same direction my fic is, but I just wanted to get it out there.
