Whoa... overslept. That would be a combination of joining a BOSU class led by a military fitness trainer who can not only do jumps three times higher than I can, but he can do it SINGING! Yep, he sang the directions ("seven more-comeon-comeon-six more-comeon-comeon"), sang along with the work-out song and was generally WAY too perky for a near-fifty African American DRILL SERGEANT! Serious stereotyping breakage! Then I came home and did the spring pruning of trees and bougainvilleas. I was wiped by the time I hit the sack. So, sorry about the lateness, but this week's prompt is...

Inertia

1. Physics The tendency of a body to resist acceleration; the tendency of a body at rest to remain at rest or of a body in straight line motion to stay in motion in a straight line unless acted on by an outside force.
2. Resistance or disinclination to motion, action, or change: the inertia of an entrenched bureaucracy.
3. 3.Medicine/Medical. lack of activity, esp. as applied to a uterus during childbirth when its contractions have decreased or stopped.

Hell no. I would never do that. I know that I have a chapter held back so that I can work the prompt in and don't have to write a whole new chapter, so I think that's probably what people have done. Of course, last week that totally didn't work for me, so I put up the Experience Curve bit and *then* still had to do the Trickster backstory. This time, I think I can fit a bit of inertia in with some rewriting, and I think that's what others are doing.

PLEASE don't feel like I"m favoring someone, because you would so be in the group I'm favoring if I favored anyone, but I'm not big with the favoring since it seems unfair to me too.

Ah, see. This is why wise people got burnt at the stake by the stupid. Or in this case, the well prepared author gets heckled by the crazy lady. I am sorry for accusing you, I'm just having a rough patch. *hugs*
