A/N: Don't really know where this came from. I had planned on writing an interlude for FOHTA, even had it all planned out but this popped into my mind and just wouldn't go away. So here it is, the proof that I really am not quite right.

The Swamp, Part 3, William/Angelus

Previously: "My clothes?" Will demanded.

"I like you better without them."

"...What? That's hardly a reason for taking them away!"

"Do you want a trip to the bushes or not?"

"I suppose so..." Will glared at the dark, towering shadow. "Am I still in the swamp?"

"Yes." A hand that felt strangely hard touched his lower back above his buttocks, guiding him carefully out of the room where he'd awakened. He was helped down a short ladder and felt the spongy give of the swamp floor under his feet.

Oddly, as the warm wind touched his nudity, Will felt a bizarre feeling of liberation, as if up to now, he'd always been cloistered.
