Okay, I'm not going to be on line tomorrow morning, so ya'll are getting a little extra time with this prompt (but no panicking, there's still plenty of time to get this week's prompt in. Actually, I should check that I cross-posted my story over here this week.) Okay, this week the prompt is....

Narcissus

Yep, I changed it.  The prompt generator came up with 'riptide,' which it turns out we did... I just didn't remember doing it.  So, new prompt.  We haven't done this one, have we?

Just wanted to stick my head in and let you know that I'm having to step away from the community for the time being. I know that I missed getting an entry in for last week's prompt, and it looks as though that's going to be the case for a while. I've been ill, and it's affecting my writing ability greatly.

I can't wait till I can come back and be a part of this community again, and I'm sorry that I was forced to bow out. But I just wanted you to know that so you wouldn't have to wonder where I disappeared to.
